There is not a backup/observation camera that can be viewed on the factory screen of your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500, so you do need to get a camera with its own monitor. We don't have any way of knowing what replacement lens is needed for any trailer, including a 1985 pop-up, and realistically with a trailer of that age you'll likely have to replace the light altogether. It's pretty simple to do though, as you just need to find one that is approximately the same size.
